Mechanical Requirements

DIGITAL FILES ONLY:

• QuarkXPress (with all supporting images and fonts), Adobe Illustrator EPS, TIF and high-resolution PDF files are accepted.
• All images and files should be 300 dpi minimum, with color specified CMYK.
• Please supply a composite color proof. Without a color proof, MetroSenses is not responsible for the content or color reproduction of your ad.
• Ads created in InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Word Perfect, Corel Draw or PageMaker cannot be accepted and will be returned to the advertiser.
• We are happy to re-create your existing advertisement at our normal production rates. For complete ad design, please ask about our special advertiser design rates.

Magazine Trim Size

• 6" x 10-7⁄8", perfect bound
• Allow 1⁄8" (.125”) for bleed beyond all trim. Keep live matter 1⁄4" from all trim.
• MetroSenses is not responsible for information outside of live area.

SILVER PACKAGE (one page)

• Live Area is 5-1⁄2" x 8-5⁄8". Please allow 1⁄8" beyond final trim for bleed on both sides and top only.

Content, color, and final reproduction quality are contingent upon the materials furnished on disk and the color proof and are the responsibility of the advertiser.

Production Charges

Any production service performed on supplied materials will be subject to file production charges at prevailing rates. This includes duplicating ads to CD ($50), preparing supplied materials for successful printing (i.e., converting RGB files to CMYK), and making client-requested changes. All materials will be destroyed one year after publication unless otherwise instructed in writing.
